Gin
No
There is no honest answer to this one. Gin is a spirit flavoured with juniper, nothing in this catalogue is flavoured with juniper, and no shochu is going to make a martini taste like a martini.
The strength problem
The strength gap is real as well, since gin is usually 42 and most shochu is 25, but it is not the reason this answer is no. If you want to build something in a gin drink's shape, start from a clean kome shochu, add the botanicals yourself, and call it what it is: a different drink that borrowed a recipe.
