One distillery here makes shochu, listed below. What is missing is a bottle. We do not yet carry one from Aomori that we can pour and tell you what to mix with it.
If you know of one, tell us. A link to the producer, or to somewhere it can be bought, is the most useful thing you can send.
Others who distil here
The Japan Sake and Shochu Makers Association lists these as distilling here. We hold no bottle from any of them, so there is nothing to recommend and no tasting note to give. What follows is a record that they exist, with their own site where the association publishes one.
