すき酒造は宮崎県の西部に位置し、九州山脈の山々が連なり、熊本県の県境に隣接する自然豊かな景観の山里 「須木」 にて焼酎造りを百年。2010年、更なる永劫の百年を目指し、手造り麹・麹室・総甕壺仕込みが行える、「本物」を追求し、「伝統」を継承する総木造の焼酎蔵を新築・完全移転しました。
