In their own words
Quoted as the company wrote it, in Japanese. Translating a house's account of itself would make the words ours rather than theirs.
How this house works
Counted from the bottles below, not written about the company.
- What they distil
- 2 bottles here across 2 bases: 1 imo (sweet potato) and 1 kome (rice).
- Koji
- white and black koji all appear across these bottles, which is usually where the difference between them starts.
- Strength
- Every one that publishes a strength is 25 percent. Most houses here spread their bottles across a range; this one does not.
- Ageing
- 2 of these are aged.
