文政元年（1818年）、「冨士屋」の屋号で誕生した小玉醸造。二百年を超えるこの蔵を、六代に渡って酒造りを受け継ぐ金丸家の杜氏・金丸潤平が2001年に継承し、その歴史を今に受け継いでいます。
